KidsFestThursday, October 31st –Halloween trick or treat activities for our younger ghouls and goblins, including moonwalks, DJ Ronnie, Tim the Magician, Adam the Juggler, games, the ever-popular stringed apple and pumpkin bowling games, face painting, costume contest and candy giveaway, all in the safety of the Northside Hospital –Cherokee Amphitheater. Come early and enjoy dinner with our downtown restaurants and park vendors. This event begins at 3 pm and ends at 8 pm.Costume contest at 7:00 pmin front of the stage! Friday Night Live returns in 2019 for what is approximately the 15th anniversary of the exciting monthly series of themed events. The event occurs the first Friday of each month from now through December and gives the downtown Woodstock shops and restaurants an evening to stay open late, host events and live music which creates a street party-style atmosphere that is sure to offer everyone something to do. The Woodstock Scarecrow Invasion takes place in Downtown Woodstock from October 1st through the 31st. This year we have a record number of scarecrow displays – over 180 – making it one of the biggest scarecrow events in the southeast. Georgia’s Historic High Country Regional Travel Association named WDSTK Scarecrow Invasion Best Event of the Year in 2018. Find out more
